Softalk Share Server
Softalk Share Server lets you share Microsoft Outlook amongst a team of people. It shares folders in a very similar way to Exchange Server. There is no synchronization involved. This means that changes you make in Outlook can be seen instantly by other users that have access to your folders.

Softalk Mail Server is a high performance and dependable mail server. Its engine is database driven and so provides a much higher performance than other competing products.

The suite provides an organization with high performance, dependable messaging and also provides its staff with the ability to create, manage and share its information.
Softalk MailDisclaimer
Softalk MailDisclaimer provides comprehensive functionality for adding disclaimers for users or groups of users in organizations that use Exchange Server 2000/2003.
MailDisclaimer lets you create your own HTML or text-based templates, using a rich formatting editor. This editor lets you specify font sizes, formatting and colors and lets you insert images, such as company logos, directly into the template.
MailDisclaimer also provides the ability to incorporate replacement fields in any disclaimer template. Such replacement fields can extract information from the Active Directory.
Softalk Organizer
Softalk Organizer lets users create and manage calendars, contacts, and planners. It can also be used as a full email client, allowing rich message creation, sending and receiving, folder manipulation and recipient resolution with address books.

- Softalk Organizer lets you store and manage your organization's contact information in an accessible and easy-to-use format.
- If the Softalk Organizer is used in conjunction with WorkgroupShare, or as part of the Softalk Collaboration Suite then calendars, contacts and email folders may be synchronized with all users' Outlook folders.
Softalk WorkGroupShare
WorkgroupShare allows you to share Microsoft Outlook data with people within your organization without having to upgrade your mail server to Microsoft Exchange.
